Includes:

  • Desktop review of site context using an OS map (purchased separately)

  • Assessment of site opportunities and constraints relating to orientation, access, daylight, privacy and overall layout potential

  • 2–3 concept design options with indicative layouts, areas and massing strategies

  • Pros and cons for each option, including planning risk, cost implications and buildability

  • Indicative cost guidance based on typical regional new‑build rates

  • Clear recommendation on the preferred approach and next steps

We are not VAT‑registered, so no VAT is added to our fees.

To keep things clear and straightforward:

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your feasibility pack following initial contact.

  • The remaining balance is invoiced on completion of the report.

  • All feasibility advice is provided in good faith and based on the information available at the time.

  • Feasibility studies are advisory and do not replace statutory approvals such as Planning Permission or Building Warrant.

  • If additional surveys or third‑party reports are required, we’ll discuss these with you before proceeding.
